How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link to follow your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay through Yoco, all processed securely through encrypted checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
What are the delivery costs?
* Orders under R250 – R90 delivery
* Orders between R250 and R749 – R50 delivery
* Orders above R749 – Free delivery
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges are accepted due to the hygienic nature of our pet products. Each item you receive is 100% new, unused, and sealed for your peace of mind.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be canceled or changed. Please make sure all details are correct before confirming checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, if the order has not been dispatched yet. Address changes are time-sensitive, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.

We cannot change the address, however you may arrange a redirect with the courier using your tracking number
Any redirect fees are the customer’s responsibility

Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa, but we’re working on expanding international delivery soon.
